  • Yes, with a day or more notice, we can reserve a male therapist. Our core therapist team is all female. Upon request, we can reserve a male therapist.

  • All therapists speak basic English and our managers speak English to facilitate.

  • We are 15 blocks from the port. It is a safe walk, about 25min. Most clients prefer our pick-up option from port, or mobile to downtown hotel. If you decide to book without pick up, we can also help you with a ride back or an Uber for a small fee. Often after a massage, you may be so relaxed that a ride is nicer.

  • We can take groups up to 14 maximum with advanced notice. 9 fit comfortably. Mobile Massage we can easily send 4 to 8 therapists.

  • We have three spacious couples/group rooms that can each be divided and fit 2 couples or 5 friends, and one individual room.

  • Tacos, Michoacana Restaurant, Keki Meditation Garden, Oxxo, dentists, coffee shops, grocery store, ice cream shop.

  • Yes, we have free WiFi and a waiting room. The area is safe to explore and walk around too.

  • We have two spots outside of the spa.

  • 120min with 4 hand massage for 60min, hot stones, and foot massage with a 60min deep facial after. We can make this a gift certificate. Email us for any special packages.

  • Tour in the morning, massage in the afternoon works best.

    But booking directly is 20% cheaper and supports local business.

For the cruisers

 

  • 8:45 AM. Most cruise ships dock before 8:00 AM and begin disembarkation around 8:15 AM. Ensenada is not a tender port, so it’s easy and fast to exit.

    Our pick-up point is a short, 7-minute walk from the ship door. Many guests meet us between 8:30–8:45 AM—no stress if you're an early bird. We wait for you!

    With an early appointment, we can even drop you downtown after your massage to enjoy shopping, tacos, or sightseeing before walking three blocks back to the ship.

    You can also pair your morning massage with an afternoon tour—like wine tasting, ATVs, or ziplining—starting directly from the spa.

  • 2:00 PM is the latest stress-free pickup time based on standard cruise schedules. We offer a Back-to-Ship Guarantee and will advise you if your requested time is cutting it too close.

  • Your booking time = pickup time.
    Total time from pickup to drop-off is about massage time + 40 minutes. This includes:

    13 min ride to spa

    Quick check-in, bathroom, therapist consult

    Massage time

    13 min to dress and check out

    13 min return to cruise port

  • Appointments are highly recommended but not required.

    Online booking is available until 5 hours before

    We accept same-day appointments and walk-ins from 9 AM – 6 PM

    If we’re fully booked when you arrive, you can relax in our lobby, explore the meditation gardens, or grab tacos two blocks away.

  • We pick up from either:

    Cruise Port Security (default)

    Hussong’s Cantina / Papas & Beer (Downtown)

    Cruise port pickup is just outside ship security, in front of the large glass Caracol Museum, beneath a giant billboard. It’s a safe, easy 8-minute walk. Your confirmation email includes a map and photo.

  • Morning massage → drop-off downtown for lunch or shopping.

    Morning tour → arrive at spa for massage → return to ship.

    Spa party packages → simultaneous massages for up to 11 guests.

  • Total experience = massage time + ~40 min.

    Example:
    1:00 PM pickup → 90-min massage
    Back to ship by ~3:10 PM.

    In 15 years and 1000+ guests, we’ve never had anyone miss the ship. If it ever happens, Jesse personally covers your expenses.

    (Note: Cruise lines sometimes discourage outside bookings to retain their 50% revenue share. Booking local supports small businesses like ours.)

  • No problem. With our No Port – No Pay policy, your booking is automatically refunded or rescheduled. No stress.

  • Yes! It’s a safe, scenic 37-minute walk (15 blocks) along the boardwalk and cultural plaza. You'll find cafes, tacos, and souvenir shops along the way.

    If you walk to us, we can still provide a ride back for $10, or you can walk back at your leisure.

  • Yes. We’re located in downtown Ensenada—just 15 blocks away in a quiet, clean area.
    Cruise packages include pick-up/drop-off, but you can also walk and book a package without transportation if preferred.

  • Yes! We serve: Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Princess, Norwegian
    …and more. All use the same port and pick-up location.

    If you’ve booked an excursion through the cruise, we can still pick you up from the port shuttle stop or Pueblo Antiguo.

  • We’re typically 65% less expensive than the ship’s spa (like Carnival’s Cloud 9) and never push sales.
    More relaxing. More affordable. More local.

  • Yes. Ensenada is on Pacific Standard Time (PST)—same as Los Angeles and San Diego.
    (Unlike Cabo, we do observe daylight savings.)
